Known for his fearless approach on the course, Marcus Christopher showed he was a step above the competition at Ventura 2024, winning by nearly 5 points over silver medalist Kevin Peraza. It was sweet redemption after he took a terrifying crash in the same event at X Games California 2023. Hailing from Ohio, Marcus comes from a close-knit family with a strong BMX background, as his father was a BMX racer. Inspired by X Games analyst Scotty Cranmer, Marcus shifted from BMX racing to freestyle and has been competing at X Games since he was 16.
